Rob Still is a worship leader, songwriter, producer and teacher. He served as Pastor of Worship and Arts at Belmont Church (Nashville, TN) overseeing a ministry of over 200 musicians, singers, and worship leaders. He earned the Masters Degree in Worship Studies from the Institute for Worship Studies under renowned theologian and author Dr. Robert Webber. He has led worship and seminars for a wide variety of churches and denominations.
He is the instructor of “Practical Theology of Worship” at the Scoala de Inchinare (School of Worship) in Timisoara, Romania. He has been the Director of Worship for the Sozo International Music & Arts Festival in Eastern Europe and has taught in Latin America with Musico a’ Musico. Rob has extensive international experience teaching worship and songwriting in Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Poland, Germany, The Netherlands, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Guatemala and the Philippines.
His songs have been featured in Worship Leader Magazines SongDiscovery series and are published by worshiptogether.com/ EMI Christian Music Group. He is the writer of “A New Anointing (This Is The Day)” which has been translated into many languages and is sung by worshippers all over the world.
In addition to his worship ministry, Rob is president of Still Music Group, an award-winning Nashville jingle company producing advertising music for Nike, Wal-Mart, Pizza Hut and hundreds of other national advertisers. Rob is also an accomplished producer, audio engineer and founder of The Orchard Recording Studio.
Rob’s wife, Ivalene, is a recent cancer survivor and they have been happily married for 28 years. She has served as Director of the Children’s School of Worship for Belmont Church and the Sozo Festival. They have two young-adult children, John and Faith. All live in the Nashville area.
